Watch the sunrise from the east and the sun set to the west all from your rooftop deck without having to leave your home!! The AC unit is 5 years old and the water heater is 4 years old. There is also ample storage (all three bedrooms have huge walk-in closets) and a beach shed downstairs on the street level with a beach wagon, chairs, cooler and umbrella. This home is 900 feet from the beach with a pedestrian crosswalk at the corner to get safely across Gulf Shore Blvd. This home is also part of a HOA that offers residents use of the private Beach Club (see pictures) on the beautiful, white sandy Gulf beaches at any time, which includes free parking available to only residents of our HOA.
