This property is now a vacant lot but years ago there was a home there. There is still a well and septic on the property and seller had lot fenced in while home was there. Seller no longer lives in the State and does not know the status of the well or the septic or the fence. The property is selling AS IS and it is up to buyer to verify lot lines, County approved usage, and building requirements as well as condition of the well and septic and the electricity that was hooked up when the house was there. The seller has not located any survey from back in that time. There is no seller financing being offered. County had discovered that old zoning was commercial ( now incorrect) so needs to be changed for proper residential zoning.
