The HOA condo maintenance dues includes all the exterior building maintenance, painting, roof, lawn, irrigation, hazard insurance, plus it also includes the electric, water, cable, internet, pest services, answering machine services from the switchboard, local telephone calls, and inside maintenance at a discounted rate when needed. Two-bedroom renovation costs will be from $75K to $85K. You must buy a club membership to give you access to all the Resort Amenities and discounts too.
