This home is in the desirable 55+ resort-style community of the Four Seasons, just southwest of Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Hot water is in-line and tankless, so there is no hot water tank, and the water temperature can be set digitally. The air conditioner also heats the house if you set it to do so. The two-car garage has additional custom shelving for storage and is finished with a painted floor and electric garage door. As the crow flies, it's 62 miles to Kennedy Space Center, to sit beside a real, full-sized Saturn 5 rocket or high on a pedestrian gantry and watch rockets blast off"or it's 68 miles to Tampa Bay with major league baseball and football. World class boating is available most everywhere on lakes, and also around Merritt Island, by Kennedy Space Center, and Tampa Bay. Both shores have an intracoastal waterway. This is Florida living. The furniture can stay with the house.
