We are now totally remodeling the entire townhouse with the following: New interior paint (light silver/gray), new flooring - downstairs new engineered vinyl - a wood grain look - living room, dining room, master bedroom, and stairway. Upstairs will be new carpets and padding (off white). Kitchen cabinets are being repainted (white) and new stainless appliances. All counter tops will be (white quartz w/gray marble) All new sinks and faucets. New 3.5-ton 16 seer heat pump A/C unit will be installed by January 18th. Finally garage floor will be painted a medium gray. Please note this town home has the master bedroom downstairs, 2 car garage, is an end unit, w/conservation land behind it. A short 100 yards to pool / clubhouse / mailbox makes the location very desirable. Last, the seller will pay the $5,000 HOA initiation fee for a closing by 2/27/23.
